Right to Deletion

We adhere to a strict data retention policy. Both call recordings and call transcripts are securely stored for a fixed duration of 12 months. Following this period, data is subjected to our rigorous secure deletion protocols, ensuring that no remnants remain.
User Rights & Choices
Access, Modification, or Deletion of User Data: At present, users who wish to access, modify, or delete their data are required to contact us directly. We have dedicated a link for users to connect with us over the phone for such data requests. Our team will then assist in processing these requests promptly and efficiently. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing user experience and data accessibility, we are in the process of developing a self-service portal. Once this portal is operational, users will be empowered to directly access and manage their data, providing them with greater autonomy and ease of use.
Users have the right to opt out of both marketing communications and data sharing. For marketing communications, users can easily opt out through the unsubscribe link provided in every email, as our marketing emails are managed through HubSpot.
For data sharing, users can opt out by contacting us directly to support@voxity.ai regarding data requests, whether that's access, modification, or deletion. Our team will promptly assist in processing these requests. Additionally, we are working on a self-service portal that, once launched, will grant users direct access to manage their data. It's important to note that opting out of operational data sharing may impact the functionality and delivery of our services, and could result in the termination of the user's customer status.
Users wishing to export their data can do so by reaching out to us directly. We have dedicated channels for users to connect with our team regarding data export requests. Once contacted, our team will promptly assist in processing and providing the necessary data in a user-friendly format. While we currently handle these requests manually, we are exploring future options to streamline this process, ensuring our users have easy and efficient access to their data.
Changes & Updates
We will notify our users of any significant updates or changes to our privacy policy through email. The email will provide a summary of the changes made and will contain a direct link to the updated privacy policy for users to review in detail. It's recommended that users regularly check our privacy policy to stay informed about how we are protecting their data.

Children Under Thirteen
VoxityAI Corp does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.
Age Restriction: VoxityAI Corp is intended solely for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older. Any access to or use of the VoxityAI Corp by anyone under 13 is unauthorized and in violation of this Agreement.
Representation: By accessing or using the VoxityAI Corp, or by contacting our AI agent, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. You also affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with the terms set out in this Agreement.
Protection of Minors: We prioritize the protection of younger users. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under the age of 13, we reserve the right to promptly delete any personal information in that user's account, cease further contact, and prevent further access to such account without notice.
Contact by Our AI Agent: If you have been contacted as a result of interacting with our AI agent and it is subsequently identified or reasonably suspected that you are a minor, all associated data will be immediately deleted and you will not be contacted again.

From time to time, VoxityAI Corp may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Voxity or click on a link therein.
